Florida State University has become one of the most controversial schools in recent history.  Their star quarterback Jameis Winston has done a lot of questionable things including stealing crab legs from a grocery store.  None worse than when he was accused of sexually assaulting a fellow FSU student.  He was never charged nor indicted for the alleged crime and never missed a quarter because of it. Today, it was announced that FSU found Winston did not violate the school’s code.

One thing you cannot take away from the team was their talent.  The Noles had an undefeated season and were an easy choice to play in the BCS Championship game.  Their competitor, Auburn, seemed like a very worthy opponent as well especially since they are in the vaunted SEC conference.

FSU was down 21-3 at one point, but the game came down to the final few plays. Auburn defensive back Chris Davis was called for a pass interference call that kept FSU’s final drive alive. The ball was spotted at the 2 yard line and Winston found Kelvin Benjamin in the end zone to put the Noles ahead.  Winston led the Seminoles to a 34-31 win over Auburn, completing a perfect season.  Devonta Freeman and Kelvin Benjamin, both on the team, left to enter the NFL draft.  The Noles still have not lost a game yet and are competing for another National Championship title.
