TMZ has just broken an explosive report that San Francisco 49ers Colin Kaepernick is being looked at as a suspect in a sexual assault case. The alleged attack happened at the Viceroy hotel in Miami, FL. The investigation is fresh and no charges have been filed against anyone.
Many expected San Francisco to give Kaepernick a mega-deal this offseason to retain him as their franchise quarterback. However, if any of this is true all of that could be put on hold. Until further information is reported, I will withhold any opinion. Expect more information shortly. Neither Kaepernick nor the 49ers have made a public statement yet.
