Aaron Hernandez must enjoy being in jail because he has just added a new charge to the laundry list he is already facing. Stemming from an altercation a few weeks ago in which he allegedly beat up another inmate who was handcuffed, Hernandez has been charged with assault and battery.
Hernandez was the only inmate charged in the incident. Hernandez has been in jail since June 26th as he awaits trial for first-degree murder for his former friend Odin Lloyd along with several weapons charges. I guess the notion that Hernandez is not a violent person went out the window with this news!
