If Aaron Hernandez was trying to prove that he was a non-violent person when he goes on trial for first degree murder, his actions today certainly did not help.  Despite normally being in solitary confinement and separated from the general population in the Bristol County Jail, Hernandez was allowed to take a walk passed other inmates.

Allegedly, one of the inmates had been harassing Hernandez all day when he snapped.  While on his walk, he saw the man constantly bothering him and allegedly beat him up pretty badly.  Immediately, Hernandez was placed back in solitary confinement.  No word on if new charges will be filed for the attack, but Hernandez is already facing life in prison for the murder of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
