It looks like the superstar running back has another reason to smile. After yet another unbelievable game, Adrian Peterson reportedly proposed to his longtime girlfriend and mother of his children Elizabeth Brown. Peterson has had an incredible season after tearing his ACL last season. Most did not think he would be able to come back this season let alone go for Eric Dickerson’s rushing record. He only needs 294 yards to surpass the record. He is one of the best in the league and has put the Vikings on his back.
It is one of the best stories in all of football and it just got even better for him. Brown has been in the public eye before. While in college, she posed for Playboy in her past which is where she got the name ‘Ashley Brown’. However, they seem happy together and Adrian is truly one of the greatest athletes.
UPDATE: There is now reports that the couple has been engaged for two years and that there was no proposal yesterday. The two already live together in his Minnesota home.
