Not even a week after losing the biggest game of his career thus far, San Francisco 49ers linebacker was charged with DUI. The rookie was driving in Miami Beach, Florida when he was pulled over and arrested Saturday morning. He was held on $1,000 bail. For some reason, this seems to happen all the time. Can we put it in athletes’ contracts they can receive incentives if they do not get arrested? It seems as if every other day a new athlete is getting arrested. Well, they definitely are not role models.
