I was raised on baseball from inside the womb. My mom is a huge San Francisco Giants fan, and I was raised the same. My most prized possession is my Dooney & Burke Giants cross-body, a gift from my Mets fan boyfriend. I'm also a purist - forget the designated hitter! I became a Mets fan (though never will they take over my Giants) in the very beginning of the 2015 season, and Wilmer Flores's almost-trade cemented that for me. My dad is a Green Bay Packers fan, and Mom hates football, so I was drawn to the green and gold. Growing up in the SF Bay Area brought me to the Golden State Warriors and San Jose Sharks. I played softball and basketball growing up, with some volleyball and swimming thrown in the mix. I began playing tennis in high school, and now play for my little college in Belmont, CA - Notre Dame de Namur University, where I'm an English major with Psychology and Communications minors. When I'm not watching sports, or playing them, or even just talking about them, I'm working with kids (I want to teach someday soon), hanging out by some body of water with friends, or watching police crime dramas with attractive actors (Hawaii 5-0 and NCIS, to name a couple).
