Love seems to be in the air for two of baseball’s biggest stars who just happen to both play for the same team right next to each other. Of course I am referring to New York Yankee superstars Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez. Over the weekend, Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter was spotted with his former girlfriend Minka Kelly in one of the most romantic spots in all the world, Paris, France. Jeter has been infamous for his many relationships with other famous stars, however, Minka appears to have a hold on Mr. 3,000, his new nickname from the summer after recording his 3,000 hit. In attendance of the monumental moment was Ms. Kelly. She seems to have a hold on the captain and I think they are not only a gorgeous couple, but very compatible and she seems to be a good fit for him even though there is a ten year age gap. The other Yankee who is making a splash in the dating world is none other than the Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez. His relationships have become more prevalent that his performance on the field which seems to be on the decline recently after many injuries. However, he still is one of the highest paid athletes as well as one of the most desired men by women (he does not really do it for me though). He was spotted at the Lakers vs. Rockets game last night along side ex-wrestler Torrie Wilson. It appears to have been a double date as the two laughed along side former supermodel Cindy Crawford and her man Rande Gerber. The foursome appeared to have a great time watching the Lakers run the court from the sideline. You just never know with A-Rod, he is always linked to some gorgeous celebrity. He should really just focus on getting healthy and improving his professional career.
