Very sad news for Denver Broncos fans and the world of football. One of the most well-respected professionals, John Fox, was taken to the hospital this afternoon. Originally, it was reported that he had suffered a heart attack, but it appears that is not what happened. Fox was out at a golf course in Charlotte, NC when he began feeling light headed.
He is currently being held in a Charlotte hospital where he is undergoing tests and being evaluated. Mike Silver reported that John Fox is doing well and appears to be in good spirits.
The Broncos medical staff has been in contact with the doctors monitoring Fox. The Broncos have a bye week this Sunday which hopefully means Fox will not miss much time on the field, if any at all. Prayers go out to John Fox and his family!
