The head butt that just can’t seem to go away. Every day there is a new story about Chad Johnson and his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. One day she is filing for divorce and then he is getting a tattoo of her on his leg and then he is filing for divorce and then they are officially divorced, how can anyone keep up with all this?
Well it seems like the end is near. Johnson struck a plea deal and will not face any jail time. He agreed to plead no contest to the charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to a year of probation and mandatory anger management and a batterers intervention program. So basically he got a slap on the wrist for giving a woman a head butt. However, it does appear that Johnson’s NFL career could be over since he is not worth all the drama that he brings along. I think he has a better chance of getting back with Evelyn than getting another NFL contract.
