It seems as though the judge has had a change of heart. After being sentenced to 30 days in jail, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson will be getting released after only serving seven. In full jail gear, including the orange jumpsuit and handcuffs, Johnson stood before the judge again and this time apologized for his disrespectful actions. The judge gave a stern lecture to the former NFL wide receiver explaining that his history of disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. However, she let him walk out a free man and extended his probation for another month.
Johnson was placed in jail after slapping his attorney on the butt after the judge praised how good his lawyer has been. While everybody in the court room found it funny, the judge was not laughing. He was in court for a probation hearing regarding his domestic abuse case in which he headbutted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. Johnson got a visit from his former teammate and also unemployed wide received Terrell Owens who said Johnson was doing well and needed a haircut.
