Wow, I have been watching the wrong sports all these years. I am not a huge fan of Nascar, but knowing that this is how they get down that might have to change. Â Apparently this is the story behind the fight… Jeff Gordon, who I always considered the golden boy of Nascar, was fed up with Clint Bowyer messing with him during races so he finally retaliated. Â So this prompted Jeff to purposely crash into Bowyer’s car so he would not qualify for the championship. Â While Jeff’s mindset might make sense, his actions were plain stupid. Â They both look ridiculous running around and fighting, but it did make for great television. Â They turned me into a viewer. Â Don’t get me wrong I don’t condone violence and I am glad no one was hurt. Â Â It appears that Jeff Gordon will be docked 25 points, fined $100,000, and put on probation for the rest of the season. Â Sounds like a fair punishment.
