So, former NBA player Dennis Rodman tried to make peace with North Korean dictator Kim Jung-Un because he was better qualified than President Obama. If you are waiting for this joke’s punchline, well there is none because this is really how things went down. Rodman was recently out telling awaiting cameras his feelings on the lack of initiative to call Jong-Un from President Obama. Some of his colorful remarks included, “Obama can’t do s**t, I don’t know why he won’t go talk to him. Obama? F**k him!” I guess Obama did not get Rodman’s vote!
Rodman admitted to keeping in touch with Jong-Un and says he is planning on visiting North Korea again later this summer. He also says that he will try and reach out to his “friend” to release US citizen Kenneth Bae who was recently sentenced to 15 years of hard labor for crimes that include preaching Christianity. He sent out this tweet in hopes that his “buddy” will see it and release Bae.
I think Rodman has once again said too much and has managed to piss a lot of people off. Maybe he should leave the politics to those who went to school for it and go back to whatever Dennis Rodman does on a daily basis!
