A bombshell just dropped for Florida State University’s star quarterback Jameis Winston. TMZ discovered that the red shirt freshman was investigated for an alleged sexual assault complaint from December 2012. The alleged victim claims that Winston used physical force during the assault. The woman admitted that she had been drinking before it all happened.
Cops have already documented the report and have evidence of the woman’s injuries. The incident is considered an ongoing investigation. Winston is having a spectacular year for the Seminoles and this accusation could outweigh all that he has accomplished when it comes to getting a job in the NFL. He is considered a favorite to win the Heisman Award.
