It has been a long ten weeks, but wide receiver Josh Gordon is finally allowed to practice with his team, the Cleveland Browns. Originally, Gordon was suspended the entire season after failing yet another drug test. However, after the NFL drug policy was changed, it was reduced to ten games. During the first ten games, Gordon was allowed to lift weights and sit-in during team meetings.
Gordon is now eligible to practice with his team and can play in Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. Surprisingly, the Browns have held their own in Gordon’s absence. Currently, they have a 6-4 record after losing to Houston yesterday. Unfortunately, that loss cost them first place in the AFC North and now find themselves at the bottom of the division. Due to their major drop in the division, expect Gordon to see a lot of targets this Sunday.
