As if missing out on the playoffs was not hard enough, Jarret Stoll just got busted at a pool party in Last Vegas. The Kings center was arrested on suspicion of possession of both cocaine and ecstasy. He was arrested while at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Hotel.
He was taken to Clark County Detention Center yesterday, but as of last night he was no longer in custody. The Kings have been made aware of the situation and released the following statement,
“We are aware of police reports out of Clark County, Nevada, regarding Jarret Stoll. Our organization is concerned and has begun conducting a thorough internal investigation. While we continue to actively gather facts, we are withholding further comment at this time.”
Stoll is an unrestricted free agent after this season after winning the Stanley Cup twice with the Kings. He is also the boyfriend of sports reporter and current Dancing with the Stars host Erin Andrews.
