He is not thought of as any angry guy, but then again no one thought of him as a crack addict either. Stemming for an incident in the summer, Lamar Odom has decided to go for anger management. His lawyer, Shawn Holley, accompanied the NBA free agent to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office earlier today.
During the hearing, it was decided that Odom would not be prosecuted for attack a paparazzi and breaking his camera equipment. He was looking at a count of vandalism for the damage to the camera. He will, however, have to pay for the damaged camera. Odom also has to stay out of trouble for a year and if he does not criminal charges will be filed. In addition, Odom agreed to anger management courses.
Odom’s personal life is in shambles. He still faces a DUI charge which he pled not guilty to in October. His marriage is reportedly ruined and his wife, Khloe Kardashian Odom, should be filing for divorce in the near future. However, she has reportedly been ready to file for months and has not made any action towards going through with it. Lamar is still unemployed and not many teams appear interested in signing him.
