It looked like things were finally settling down for the disgraced cyclist until he got slapped with a lawsuit from the US Justice Department. The lawsuit was filed against Armstrong and his company Tailwind Sports for the money the Postal Service gave to sponsor Armstrong. The USPS was responsible for giving Armstrong a $40 million sponsorship, but in the suit they are asking for $100 million! The False Claims Act allows the suit to ask for that much because Armstrong admitted that he took banned substances which was a breach of contract. Lance Armstrong is just proving that cheaters never win!
