Former 1986 NY Mets baseball player Lenny Dykstra, who recently got released from prison, arrives at JFK Airport in NYCFormer MLB player, Lenny “Nails” Dykstra was released from jail recently and was seen out in public for the first time.  The center fielder was sentenced to three years after pleading no contest to grand theft auto and filing a false financial statement.  He was originally sentenced to three years in 2012, but was let out early.

This is not the first time Dykstra has been in trouble.  The former All-Star has fallen far from his playing days.  Dykstra was named in the Mitchell Report as being a steroid user during his playing time, filed bankruptcy, and got mixed up with all types of illegal activities.  Dykstra has had a very rocky road and he certainly looks the part.  At least he can be happy he has a grandson on the way as son Cutter is expecting with fiance  Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
