It didn’t take long for Philadelphia running back LeSean McCoy to respond to the allegations made public this afternoon that he assaulted a woman who was on a party bus with him. McCoy denies any involvement in an assault of the woman known as Mary Roe.  In fact, McCoy’s lawyer feels that LeSean is the true victim in all of this. He made this statement to the media, “This is sadly an attempt to extract money and LeSean will vigorously defend any attempt to collect money through a personal injury claim.”  It seems that McCoy may actually be telling the truth as police claim that the woman had no physical injuries on her body.  While New Jersey police admit that they did meet with a woman at a rest stop on the New Jersey Turnpike who claimed to have been thrown off a party bus, she had no visible injuries.  Mary Roe claimed to have multiple injuries from being held down by McCoy and bodyguards all over her body. The police describe the claim as an ongoing investigation.
It sounds like this was just a party bus incident gone wrong. Â At least we know how McCoy is spending his offseason, spraying women with drinks! Â That has to be comforting for Eagles fans after watching their team go 4-12. Â Again, what happens on a party bus should stay on the party bus!
