I guess Pamela Smith didn’t get the memo that you don’t go after Michael Jordan and not expect revenge. Smith is the woman who accused Jordan of fathering her 16 year old son and was demanding he take a paternity test and pay child support.

Jordan denied the accusation and suddenly Smith dropped the suit. However, Jordan has decided to take action against Smith. Jordan filed a counter suit to keep the case open asking her to cover all of his legal costs. Jordan is currently finalizing wedding plans with fiance Yvette Prieto. The couple is set to wed on April 27th in Palm Beach, Fl.
