The football community lost a good one last night when former defensive end Deacon Jones passed away. Jones was a member of the “Fearsome Foursome” on the LA Rams. He is credited with the invention of the sack. The 74-year-old passed away of natural causes in his California home. Many athletes looked up to Jones and expressed their feelings on Twitter:
