The good news everyone has been waiting to hear, especially New York Jets fans. Peyton Manning has been cleared by two doctors to return to play. Doctors said he could go back this Sunday if he so desired. He is encouraged to continue an aggressive rehabilitation path. Manning had a second neck surgery in the preseason. He has not played one game all season.
Peyton has always expressed optimism about returning to the NFL and has never publicly thought of the idea of retirement. So now the only question left is where will Peyton Manning play? It all depends on the Colts willingness to pay Manning the $28 million he is owed if he is on the roster by March 8th.
