How many F-bombs can you say in a sentence? Well, Cincinnati Reds manager Bryan Price said that word, or a version of it 77 times in a rant to the media on Sunday.
This rant went on for over five minutes in his daily meeting with reporters. The Reds have lost seven out of their last eight games, four of them consecutively so clearly this frustration has been building. The issue at hand is that Price feels as though the media gave his competition an advantage knowing more about the team’s game plan.
This morning, Price released a tweet apologizing for the episode.

…. the media coverage of our team. While I stand by the content of my message, I am sorry for the choice of words.”

The reporter’s question got him fired up, but it was a legit question that received a more than direct answer in return.
