Taking a page out of the Patriots playbook, the Cleveland Browns have offered fans a jersey exchange for anyone who owns a Trent Richardson jersey. The Patriots allowed fans to exchange their Aaron Hernandez jerseys after he was arrested for first degree murder. Â Richardson was not arrested just oddly traded to the Indianapolis Colts this week. It was one of the biggest trades to happen this season with the Colts only surrendering a first round draft pick.
Richardson was selected third overall in his draft class. Â The number one pick that year? Â Colts current quarterback Andrew Luck. The problem with the Browns offering the exchange is what jersey would you want exactly? Â Luckily for the fans who jumped on the Browns bandwagon within thirty days (I cannot imagine that too many people like that exist) can get a full refund. Â Poor Cleveland fans. Â It will get better, eventually.
