The story surrounding the Miami Dolphins offensive linemen Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin has continued to get uglier and uglier, and now new reports are surfacing. Richie Incognito who has looked like the bad guy throughout all this, now has a new accuser. A female volunteer at a golf tournament is alleging that Incognito harassed her. She claims that the offensive lineman molested her with a golf club. The woman asked for an apology, but a visibly intoxicated Incognito refused.
The woman signed a confidentiality agreement which is why her story never went public until now. She went to the police, but no charges were filed. If this story is true and the Dolphins organization was aware of it, then it just further shows how incompetent this organization is. This team has a lot more issues than just Richie Incognito. If anything, Jonathan Martin exposed the Dolphins for the inadequate organization they are. There is no leadership anywhere in this locker room, and with this story, there are no consequences for poor behavior. Nobody can still believe that not one person in the Dolphins organization had any idea of this bad behavior going on in and out of the locker room.
