Scottie Pippen’s drama is just getting started. The retired NBA star is now being sued for $4 million stemming from his fight outside of popular Malibu restaurant, Nobu. A few weeks back, Pippen was out with his family when allegedly an autograph seeker approached him looking to take a picture with the Hall of Famer. The man alleges that Pippen became enraged and sucker punched him sending him to the hospital.
Pippen’s version of the story is that the man was annoying him while he was eating with his family and when Pippen was outside the restaurant holding his young daughter, the man allegedly spit at him and called him the N word. The man denies ever showing disrespect towards Pippen. When cops arrived at the scene, Pippen had already taken off and left the man on the ground.
Pippen went to the Malibu Police Station the next day, but police only questioned him and no arrests were made. There are still no charges filed.
