Brandon Browner’s career had taken a big hit last season.  While his teammates won the Super Bowl, the cornerback learned that he had been suspended indefinitely by the NFL for violating the league’s drug policy.  Because of his suspension, Browner cannot be signed any team this season.  He will be an unrestricted free agent in just a few weeks.

Browner and his attorney have decided to sue the league over his suspension.  His attorney is expected to formally file the papers next week.
