Two of the best young quarterbacks square off today in Indianapolis. The Seahawks are coming off a huge comeback win against the Houston Texans. Cornerback Richard Sherman had a pick-six that tied up the game in the fourth quarter. Seattle also welcomes back defensive end Bruce Irvin who missed the first four games after being suspended. The defense will have to come up huge again as the Colts only have two turnovers. However, if any team can force turnovers it is the Seahawks.
The Colts have made big headlines this season with the acquisition of running back Trent Richardson from the Browns which seems to have worked out well for both teams. Richardson should see more snaps today as Ahmad Bradshaw will not play as he decided if he will go forward with neck surgery. The Colts will have their hands full running after both Marshawn Lynch and Russell Wilson. Wilson has shown the ability to escape the pocket and make something happen; whether it be a great pass or the ability to take the ball himself.
The Seahawks are not the same team on the road as they are at home. For this reason alone, I give a slight advantage to the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have a really balanced attack with Richardson and the passing game. T.Y. Hilton and Reggie Wayne prove to be a great tandem for Andrew Luck. The Seahawks had an awful first half last week against the Texans and if they get off to another sluggish start, the Colts will not let them get back into this game. Seahawks vs. Colts- who you takin?
