Attention all NFC playoff bound wide receivers, be very afraid of going deep. Why you might ask? Richard Sherman, the extremely talented Seattle cornerback, has won his appeal on his four game suspension. Sherman was suspended for taking Adderall, which is not exactly a performance-enhancing drug, but illegal nonetheless. Now Sherman did not exactly say he did not take the drug, but felt that the test was contaminated because the cup had a rip in it. While most speculated that there was no way the NFL would overturn the conviction, Sherman always remained confident. Sherman shared his joy on Twitter by simply saying, “I won”. Seattle’s playoff hopes just got extremely better. Sherman is coming off one of the best week he has ever had in which he caught an interception in the end zone, four passes defended, and a blocked field goal returned 90 yards for a touchdown. Yet, he didn’t make the Pro Bowl, wonder if the cheating rumors had something to do with it.
