The troubled wide receiver has gotten himself into double the trouble. It started early this morning at around midnight when Young was pulled over after making an illegal turn where he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Â He was given a citation, but released. Â Most would go home and try to stay out of trouble for at least the rest of the day, right? Â Well, Young is not like most people. Â He was later caught hopping a fence into a tow yard looking for his impounded black Ford Mustang. Â He was arrested for burglary and taken to the same booking center.
Young has been a problematic athlete ever since he entered the league. Â He has had multiple incidents with his former team the Detroit Lions. Â He was sent home for punching teammate Louis Delmas and was told to not show up at the Lions’ facility after intentionally lining up wrong during a game against the Green Bay Packers. Â He was later released on February 4th. Â He was claimed off waivers by the St. Louis Rams, but released ten days later.
It sounds like money and fame do not solve all your problems and Young might have some more serious issues. Â If he does not change his attitude, I doubt another team will take a chance on a player with behavioral issues.
